Terrell Attractions
Terrell offers visitors many opportunities to learn about United States history. Two museums, especially, provide captivating experiences.
The Silent Wings Museum is devoted to the glider aircraft and glider pilots of World War II. The museum highlights the special role these unique pilots played in winning the war.
The Terrell Heritage Society Museum brings to life the rich history of the City of Terrell. Museum highlights include a fully restored 1912 Estey pipe organ, a collection of antique dolls, and unusual items from the Southwest.
